I am dynamic and self assured, as we agree that You are. I have had many works that were award-winning and trend- setting. I have never found the word "creative" to be an apt description of an act that is deeply soul-founded, initiated from a "deeper well" than from one's surface awareness. The act of true creation is one of the WILL; it rarely just flows out from nowhere. The successful work will always be an inspiration of the heart, guided by every technical value that we possess. I am ... influential. The education and teacher part of me sees learning all around, and one of the primary definitions of successful design is: does this magnify or clarify for the user? Does it teach what they do not know? In this sense, every space on the Web is a learning environment. "They" arrive, anticipating the gift of knowledge. I am, therefore ... didactic, in the best sense of this word. Not preachy, nor pedantic; but edifying and enlightening. *Desiring to enlighten* is a primary goal. Best use of tools is one way to enlighten. Excellent navigation, direction, is at the core of champion design. Whether that is the best use of "white" space (of any color) or whether that is a built-in outstanding user interface ... the end of this goal justifies any means. If the means includes taking on an entire new technology or language, then that is simply a part of the design. Just Do It. I am ... inexhaustible. Design is an endless pathway. To navigate it well, one must be tireless in the pursuit of the tools and the mind set that is necessary for the long haul. Many times, the long haul is not part of the job; but, it is my experience that you must be ready and willing to go the distance. When you train yourself to think in terms of "limitless" and "unbounded," then this is truly the setting for what they've called "thinking outside the box." There is no other way than to think in immeasurable terms. If YOU do not confine yourself, it is less likely that someone else will try to hold you back. I am ... a finisher. Many have wonderful ideas, partially started, and sitting in the front hall closet, or their brain's basement. I have a lifelong history of completion. Excellent design RELIES on closure. This is the only way to present a work ... or, if needed, to defend it. I am ... persistent. The premise of excellent design is that it will stand the test of time. Except by "happy accident," the only way to achieve this is by adhering to a plan, never swerving from the original vision, but being willing to make changes in the steps. There is a continuum in design that carries the creator past the difficult spots. At times, this beacon of consistency is ALL you have to go on. Persistence is the core of being a finisher. These are not things found on a resume. They needed their own place, thus the need for this interactive tool. A bit of humor and a bit of sound and color ... things that will bare just a bit of my spirit for this medium. I have a voracious appetite for the digital world of Art. I have an innate talent for the technologies and languages. I also have an intuitive but well-trained command of design, illustration, ART. The best part of this description is that it makes me grin. This IS me ... and I grin because I remain inspired, after all these years.
